Where is A Night in the Meadow?

We are thrilled to be at a new outdoor location this year that overlooks Meyers Ranch Park. Look for the meadow behind the Our Lady of The Pines Church located at 9444 Eagle Cliff Rd, Conifer. 

What time should I arrive? 

The celebration begins at 5 p.m.  

Where should I park?

Parking attendants will be waiting for you and will direct you where to park

How do I get my ticket? 

We do not issue paper tickets - only a confirmation that you paid. When you arrive, you will check in by name with our registration staff. If you have not yet provided us with your guest name(s) or have a change in guests attending, please notify us prior to the event, so that we may add/update the guest list.

What is dress code? 

Mountain Chic! Think summer dresses with a denim or jacket. Pair your denim with a fun party blouse. Add cowboy boots or your favorite pair of closed toed shoes and be sure to bring a jacket or a wrap for later in the evening. Jeans or summer slacks for the guys. This is an outdoor event under our big tent with uneven ground in a park, open space. Layers work great, along with cute comfy shoes! 

What about auctions? 

We are kicking off our celebration and hosting an online silent auction starting on June 1 and concluding on June 30 at 8 p.m. Watch for details at www.savetheland.org in the weeks ahead.

There will also be curated items at the Premier Auction - only available in person at A Night in the Meadow!
