Where is A Night in the Park?

Alderfer Three Sisters Open Space Park, 5150-5198 S LeMasters Rd, Evergreen CO 80439 From Highway 73, head west approximately 2.1 miles on Buffalo Park Rd.

What time should I arrive? 

We are ready at 6 p.m. for you to join us! Grab your nametag and paddle and step under the tent for the "Sip and Savor the Land" Happy Hour festivities!

Where should I park?

Parking attendants will be waiting for you! Turn right off Buffalo Park Rd when you reach the Alderfer Barn and before you get to South LeMasters Rd. 

How do I get my ticket? 

We do not issue paper tickets. When you arrive, you will check in by name with our registration staff. If you have not yet provided us with your guest name(s) or have a change in guests attending, please notify us so that we may add/update the guest list.

What is dress code? 

Mountain Chic! Think summer dresses with a denim or moto jacket. Pair your denim with a fun party blouse. Add cowboy boots or strappy wedges and be sure to bring a jacket or a wrap for later in the evening. Jeans or summer slacks for the guys. This is an outdoor event under our big tent with uneven ground.

What about auctions? 

We are kicking off our 30th Anniversary celebration and hosting an online silent auction starting June 17th at 8 am and closing Friday June 24th at 8 pm. Watch for details at www.savetheland.org  Bid on amazing auction items! We have a John Fielder photograph, tickets in a suite to see Comedian Tom Segura, guided fly fishing package, Broncos tickets for the Jets game, boutique hotel stays, lift tickets, pet portraiture, gift baskets from your favorite shops and lots of gift cards to do some more shopping! 

We've also curated a very select group of Premier Auction items - only available in person at A Night in the Park! Art from acclaimed artists: Ned Aldrich, Chris Krieg, Susiehyer, Julianne Moore and Steve Moser. Bid on a Trek bike, 7 nights on a private Steamboat Springs ranch or 2 nights a Gateway Canyons. And an exclusive drumskin from Metallica signed by all the band members! 

And more auction fun! Our Live Auction will feature a private wine tasting experience with The Wine Ship, season tickets to Denver's favorite home town team, a cooking class for up to 10 guests at Evergreen Cooking School, a choice of 3 fabulous beach destinations for 4 guests, 3 nights in a luxury home in Charleston, South Carolina for 6 guests and 7 nights for 4 guests in a private historic apartment in Tuscany!
